If you don't yet know how to deal with ABC, consider learning! Many resources exist online. Just type "ABC" into the search field of a search engine (e.g. Google). I use BarFly which, for better or for worse, is Mac-specific, and I really like it.
I've put a number of tunes in ABC and PDF format and some sound files (mostly in mp3 format) in the public folder of my .Mac account. This has proven easy and convenient.
If you're running a Mac: (1) go to the Finder; (2) Click on "Go"; (3) Click on "iDisk"; (4) Click on "Other User's Public Folder", and, in the subsequent "username" box, type "davidkaynor". You can drag and drop anything you want from any of the subfolders. On a Windows machine, open a browser and, in the URL field, type "http://homepage.mac.com/davidkaynor". In the public folder, you can click on download buttons for any files you want. I think they download to your computer in a compressed format but will decompress and open when you double-click on them.
